Driven by pure passion, he opened his own KARAAGE shop, KAEDE, in 2011.
Since then, his crispy, juicy chicken has earned a loyal following among locals.

Now, he’s ready to take his passion global — starting with Asia (especially Vietnam) and Hawaii.
He’s currently seeking business partners who share his enthusiasm and want to bring authentic Japanese KARAAGE to the world.
